Jewelry Care Tips

  • Keep your jewelry away from water, chemicals, and extreme temperatures. Store pieces in a jewelry box or pouch to prevent scratches.
  • Some stones are more porous than others and therefore more susceptible to damage. If you are unsure, please feel free to contact us!

Cleaning Your Jewelry

  • Use a soft cloth to gently clean your jewelry. For tougher grime, use a mild soap solution and a soft brush, then rinse and dry thoroughly.

Shipping and Returns

Orders are typically shipped within 2-3 business days with the exception of custom orders. Returns of unworn jewelry will be accepted within 14 days after purchase. For more details, see our Support page.
