Returns and Exchanges
Returns will be accepted within 14 days after purchase. Returns will not be accepted under any circumstances after those 14 days. If a product is received damaged, please contact us immediately. Either a refund will be offered (with returning the damaged product), or exchange will be made of an item of equal value and/or similar design will replace product. Circumstances will be discussed further on.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Gift cards and custom made items are not returnable.

- Keep your jewelry away from water, chemicals, and extreme temperatures. Store pieces in a jewelry box or pouch to prevent scratches.
- Some stones are more porous than others and therefore more susceptible to damage. If you are unsure, please feel free to contact us!
