Removal of Permanent Jewelry with Forever by CC

If by any chance you need removal of your jewelry for traveling or surgery, please contact us at least 5 days before to remove your jewelry. There is a $15 removal fee due to the value of the material used during the application process. The material (chain) is yours to keep.

We are happy to come to you for removal within 25 miles of our office. If you are more than 25 miles from our office, we will be happy to suggest safe and simple ways remotely to remove your jewelry.
